Cancellation  Policy

We pride ourselves in processing orders as quickly as possible. All non-customized orders are processed the same day if placed before 2 P.M. Monday-Friday. Therefore, orders may only be cancelled by 3 P.M. on the day you place the order.

To Cancel the order please do so via email to (insert store email). Please ensure your cancellation request includes the following information:

Name

Address

Phone Number

Order Number

Last 4 digits of the card used to place the order

 

Any cancellation request received after the allotted time will not be honored.
